2" x 36" MultiTool Bench Grinder Attachment
The MultiTool Belt Grinding Attachment turns an ordinary bench grinder into an incredibly versatile metal finishing tool.
The belt grinder has three contact options: the flat platen, the contact wheel and the slack belt. Each offers its own advantage.
The contact wheel removes stock at a surprising pace, but keeps the operation relatively cool. The platen delivers a flat reference. The slack belt conforms to contours in your workpiece. We offer 2" x 36" belts for sharpening, shaping, cleaning and polishing. Belt changes take just seconds and require no tools. The drive wheel features a 7" sanding plate.
The attachment is supplied with one standard 100 grit sanding belt and one 120 grit sanding disc.
The end of the drive wheel accepts an optional disk sanding table, consisting of a table and miter gauge.
If your 6, 8 or 10 inch bench grinder has a stamped steel shield, the MultiTool will fit. MultiTool will NOT fit a grinder with heavy cast wheel guards if the guards are used to retain the spindle bearings.
